By placing an order on this website, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions.


Refusal Policy

All orders and subscription requests received are subject to acceptance by The Arbour Florists Limited, we reserve the right to refuse any order without giving reasons. In the event of rejection, we will refund or cancel any payments received in full.

Payment / Delivery

Whether you select weekly / fortnightly or a Monthly subscription, your flowers will arrive on a Friday after payment has been taken successfully on the Wednesday prior to delivery. Monthly orders will be delivered on the first Friday of the month.

Changes to your Subscription

If you wish to change your subscription, please contact us by 10am the Wednesday before your intended delivery. You can cancel your subscription at any time call 01522 537518

Subscription pricing

The price for each subscription is the price at the time that a subscription is set up. We reserve the right, at our absolute discretion, to raise our prices at any time. If we raise our prices, we will notify our subscribers and provide the option to cancel your subscription free of charge.


Your personal and financial information is very important to us, we will at no time whatsoever share your information with any other company or persons.

Flower Substitution

All of our floral products are subject to availability. We will always try to supply the flowers shown in our pictures, but through season or supply issues, some flowers may not be available. We will make an substitution to an equal flower but we reserve the right to make a professional choice as to which flowers will be replaced. 



On very rare occasions, our flowers may not travel well and the freshness or quality of our product may not live up to The Arbours standards. If this is the case, contact us with an image of your flowers within 24 hours where we will review & if needed give you the choice of a full refund, or replacement.



Although we will try our best to ensure punctual delivery for our customers, The Arbour cannot be held responsible if a delivery arrives late due to any circumstances impacting the availability of the courier service that we use or anything else outside of our control.

We must be informed of any address changes and will not be held responsible for flowers not being delivered and payments taken.
